What We Do

At Integrated Project Solutions, we provide a multitude of packages for Building Information Modeling. We can provide individual scopes (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, suppression, structural, etc.),Model Management, or a combination of those to help assist Owners, General Contractors, and Subcontractors to preplan work in the field. This preplanning helps reduce cost and down time  in the field, leading to more successful projects.

We have worked on projects all over the United States. In additional to working all over the United States, our projects vary from educational (both primary and secondary), to
healthcare, to data centers, to mixed use facilities, and more.

We can also get started at multiple stages of projects. Early de- sign phase and providing constructibility reviews, Documents Released doing coordination between various scopes, and Post Construction with a working BIM model for Owners.

As we progress down the BIM/VDC road, the number and complexity of projects will increase. Adding to that increase will be the number of building owners who will become familiar with the process and demand BIM/VDC on their future projects. At some point in the future, BIM/VDC will not be an afterthought, it will be a normal business practice.
