Pre Construction Phase

  • Attendance and participation at Pre-Planning meetings along side the Design Team

Actual Construction Phase

  • Authoring of BIM Execution Plan
    • Divining BIM document setting forth all aspects of the project
  • Act as the Owner’s Representative during the coordination process
  • Perform the duties and responsibilities of the BIM Coordinator
    • Seamless integration from Design Team turnover to the CM/GC
    • Act in the best interest of the Owner
    • Work hand in hand with the CM
